Within LTD, Foundry Engineering serves as the primary support interface to foundry customers on process technologies from technology evaluation through product development and volume ramp. Further, the organization is responsible for driving enablement of silicon manufacturing capabilities needed to meet foundry industry benchmarks, execution and delivery of shuttle test chip and product silicon, and process improvements to meet customer targets. **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced technical expert to lead the engagement with key customers within the Product Engineering and Technical Solutions organization within the foundry technology development team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving customer success by deeply engaging with our customers, understand the requirements and work with the teams within TD to deliver superior silicon technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of executing design on leading edge nodes, understands silicon technology and extensive industry experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement: + Serve as the executive point of contact for key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. + Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs, driving the development of innovative, customized solutions. + Proactively address customer challenges, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with business goals. 2. Technical Expertise and Solution Development: + Leverage deep technical expertise in design and silicon technology (e.g., semiconductor process nodes, packaging, and design) to guide internal teams and customers. + Translate customer requirements into actionable technical deliverables, collaborating with development and operations teams to achieve results. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: + Work with senior leaders in the technology programs, analytics, device and DTP to ensure seamless execution and delivery of customer solutions. + Drive alignment between customer needs and internal development roadmaps, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. 4.
