Job Description

We are currently working with a company that need a Shop Technician to join their team in the Eau Claire area. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, repair, and maintenance services to their customers. Your expertise and knowledge will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of delivering excellent service to their clients.

Requirements:

* · 3-5 years experience as Field Technician

* · Mechanical Experience, preferably on forklifts, construction equipment, or farm equipment.
* · Must have good driving record
* · Must have own tools
* · Must have good customer service skills and be dependable
* · Trade School or secondary education isn't required but a huge plus

Responsibilities include:

* Field Service Technicians are responsible for traveling to our customers' locations and repairing their powered industrial equipment, such as forklift trucks, aerial equipment, floor cleaning equipment, etc., to include all types of gas, diesel, LP Gas, or electric trucks.
* Technicians are dispatched to service customers closest to the area in which they live. Technicians are provided with a company service van, service laptop, iPad, credit card, and cell phone. We have internal support staff to assist, as well as free in-house technical training and in the field technical support!
