Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee and optimize the financial operations of our organization. This role will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash management, reporting, and internal controls, while ensuring financial strategies align with overall business objectives. The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting leadership with insights and recommendations that drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting, forecasting, profit planning, and capital investment strategies.

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to leadership; track performance against goals and recommend corrective actions when needed.

• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets, oversee audits, manage insurance programs, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Oversee credit, collections, and high-value approvals; support pricing policies and coordinate financial strategies across departments.

• Manage inventory and cost accounting analysis, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Supervise and develop finance team members through training, performance management, and succession planning.

• Foster clear communication and positive collaboration across teams and management levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 2 years in a finance management or controller role.
