Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Finished Product Packer to join our team in Valparaiso, IN. This is a physically demanding role that involves closing liners, taping boxes, adjusting weights on bags, and loading them onto pallets. The ideal candidate will be proficient with a bag hoist and capable of consistently lifting 55 lbs.

Job Description

• Close liners and tape boxes securely.
• Adjust weights on bags as needed.
• Load boxes onto pallets.
• Utilize the bag hoist effectively.
• Consistently lift and stack boxes/drums weighing 55 lbs for an 8-hour shift.
• Work cooperatively with other packers to ensure efficient workflow.

Skills Required

• Hig hschool diploma / GED
• Must be able to lift and stack 55 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Comfortable working in a hot and dirty environment.
• Must be able to lift and carry 55 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Shift: M - F  6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Salary

• $18 per hour
