We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team to support one of San Fernando Valley's leading healthcare organizations. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced clinic setting with adults, focusing on dental assisting duties. Requirements
+ Ability to work 8:00am-5:00pm
+ Some medical experience preferred
+ Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities
+ Coordinates patient care and flow
+ Answers phones
+ Greets patients upon arrival
+ Schedules appointments
+ Completes all appropriate consent forms, and provides patient education and referral materials
+ Ensures that e-prescribing tasks and all assigned tasks in EHR are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Maintains EHR records accurately following policies and procedures.
+ Completes tasks in case management system on a daily basis.

Work Environment
You will be working in a fast-paced clinic environment. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The clinic provides a supportive atmosphere for both patients and staff.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
