Recruiting a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to help build upon an already established GI team in O’Fallon, Illinois. Just across the river, enjoy the easy access to the metro area of St. Louis while benefiting from the slower-paced living and smaller town feel of O’Fallon.

Be part of a multispecialty medical group made up of over 350 providers across 60 clinics throughout central and southern Illinois, inclusive of a robust primary care referral base supporting the GI practices.

Position Details:

- Monday – Friday clinic schedule with option of 4 day work week

- 7 days per month of call & inpatient rounds while on call

- Minimal after-hours clinic call

- EPIC EMR

- Dedicated support staff

- Robotics available for surgical cases

Position Requirements:

- Unrestricted Illinois license before start

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

- M.D., D.O., or professional equivalent degree

Pay Range: $700,000

Education Qualifications

• Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

• Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
• Must have completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
• Must be board certified or board eligible.

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
