Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across our organization. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and hiring technical professionals and understands the nuances of healthcare staffing, credentialing, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles, including enrollment specialists/inside-sales representatives, caregiver coaches, nurse practitioners, allied health professionals, and other patient-facing positions
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and healthcare-specific sourcing tools
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume healthcare positions
  • Screen candidates for core competencies, licensure, certifications, and cultural fit
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, credentialing requirements, and internal hiring policies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on healthcare roles
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates in competitive healthcare markets
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission preferred)
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for multiple healthcare disciplines or across multiple locations
  • Prior experience in a healthcare system, hospital, staffing agency, or clinical practice environment
  • Certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or Healthcare Recruiter certification (a plus)
