You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe. • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
• Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
• Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand
• Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment

Qualifications:

• Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
