Spring or Summer 2025 Paid HR (Human Resources) Internship Opportunity!
(March – August negotiable)

The paid HR Intern will act as an assistant to Monarch's HR department head and be part of all Human Resources efforts nationwide. They will support optimal delivery of Monarch's HR services company-wide, generating experience in a diverse array of functions within the Human Resources realm.

This internship is located at our home office, 2195 N. HWY 83, Franktown, CO and will need to office out of this location.

This is a paid internship, $15-$18 hourly.

We do everything possible in-house, including property acquisition, asset management, property management, maintenance, accounting, marketing, training, legal, IT, recruiting and we even have capital project crews such as parking lot seal coating, roof crews and major exterior painting crews!
