HR Internship in our Corporate Center

Cranberry Township, PA

Hours: 40 hours per week (mostly onsite, some remote work available)

Late May / early June through August 29, 2025 (3 month assignment - may be longer depending on business needs)

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Note: This HR internship position will be employed and paid through by our third-party-administrator Adecco.

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of a HR Business leader, this individual will be a part of our People Experience Team which provides HR support to all of our U.S. and Canadian associates. This includes, but not limited to the following:

  • Learn company policies, procedures, and Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) system to provide HR support on a daily basis for both business leaders and associates
  • Support day-one and week-one onboarding activities for new hires
  • Participate in day-to-day employee relations
  • Support incident investigations
  • Participate in organizational restructurings
  • Support business leader coaching in performance management of their direct reports
Qualifications:

Desired candidate: May 2025 BSBA graduate majoring in HR, Business, or related discipline with a career interest in Human Resources

 

Education required:

  • 4 year degree majoring in HR, Business, or related discipline
    • Will also consider Dec. 2025 and May 2026 graduates

Education preferred:

  • HR or related discipline certification (SHRM, HRCI, other)

 

Experience preferred:

  • Previous internship or work experience in a HR department
  • Dayforce or other Human Capital Management (HCM) system experience
