TK Elevator is currently seeking a motivated, excited and innovative HR intern for our Summer 2025 Internship in Germantown, TN.

This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including Staffing, Onboarding, employee relations, training & development, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
• Strong interest in HR processes and functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information and communications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Recommend process improvements
• Gain valuable work experience and prepare for future career
• Other Day-to-day department responsibilities as assigned
  
  

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Possess a high level of self-motivation and excellent time management skills
• Any experience in customer service, office administration, or data entry is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain good working relationships and internal networks
• Familiarity with HR software & Systems is beneficial
• Excellent written and oral communication skills essential for the role
