Description Our client in Lawrenceville, PA is hiring for a HR Assistant for a contract opportunity though June 2026. We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide HRIS and administrative support for our Human Resources team. This role involves managing and maintaining employee data within the UKG system, updating spreadsheets, and performing general administrative tasks. It's an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional interested in pursuing a career in HRIS or a working parent seeking a flexible, part-time schedule. Hours: up to 35 hours a week, days(flexible). Pay depending on experience: $18-22. Free parking or close bus stop near by. Responsibilities: Enter and update employee data in the UKG HRIS system. Maintain and clean up databases and spreadsheets. Correct basic timesheet errors and assist with payroll-related updates. Handle administrative functions such as password resets and data verification. Generate and run preconfigured reports from the UKG system. Support HR staff with administrative and data-related projects. Requirements Qualifications: Entry-level database administration or data entry experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook required). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential HR information professionally. Experience with UKG (Ultipro) is a plus, but training will be provided.
