*Provide guidance to business partners on a variety of broker-dealer legal and compliance issues. *Assist in efforts to respond to FINRA and other regulators related to our broker-dealer's compliance with applicable FINRA rules and relevant state regulations. *Review and update marketing allowance letters, product prospectuses, distribution agreements and sponsorship agreements to support our sales team. $170,000 - $190,000
