Manpower is seeking an outgoing customer service associate to join our client's team as an Inbound Call Representative! **We are looking for one full time and one part time for role.** Hours: Day Shift start time can vary Pay: 11.00 per hour **What will you do?** - Schedule patient appointments - Manage large numbers of inbound calls - Research customer needs and provide solutions - Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions - Communicate effectively with patients with hearing difficulties **What makes you a great fit?** - Customer Service and Call Center experience - High School diploma or equivalent - Strong computer skills - Excellent telephone communication skills - Organized, driven, team-oriented, and positive **Who is Manpower?** Locally owned, but globally connected, Manpower is a full-service staffing and recruiting company.
