Partner with the best Idustrial Painters are required to perform complex finishing operations in the following areas: painting, dipping, plating, polishing, etc.
As An Industrial Painter, You Will Be Responsible For - Preparing surfaces by cleaning and applying adhesives or other preparations required before coating.
- Selecting, mixing, and preparing the coating substances based on specific job requirements.
- Operating and setting up various types of coating machinery, such as spray guns or rollers.
- Monitoring the application process to ensure even distribution of coatings.
- Conducting quality assurance tests to verify thickness, adherence, and consistency of the coat.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Recording process parameters and results accurately in the production logs for quality control purposes.
- Identifying and troubleshoot process or equipment problems to minimize downtime and waste.
Fuel your passion To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have - Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have 2-3 yrs or more of related experience which may include one year of trades training
- Strong technical background in the industrial coating field (quality control, application of special products such as HB Epoxies, Inorganic zinc silicates, Phenolic epoxies)

- Onsite hours M-F 7am-3:30pm with some weekend and other OT hours when needed
