Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Chemical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Industrial Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering. Bachelor's Degree Electronic Engineering. 5 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose :

Assure production and facilities equipment availability. To provide solutions to the company requirements.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines .
2. Develop and implement improvement projects, ensure safety, follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction .
3. Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

1. Advanced knowledge in critical equipment and building maintenance.
2. Advanced knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
3. Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
4. Advanced knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
5. Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
6. Use of measuring and control systems.
7. Lead improvements and projects and manage team resources.
8. Data analysis driven.
9. Sound judgment and creativity to make changes & negotiation skills.
10. Mentoring & training.
11. Microsoft office and CMMS maintenance system (IE. Maximo, MP2, Infor, Etc.).
12. Strong adaptability and collaboration/teamwork skills.
13. Strong customer service attitude.
14. English spoken and written (Business level negotiation) and presentations.
15. High performance expectation.
16. Lead people; team for different areas.
17. Data analysis, RCA,s and quality systems.
