Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to promote our products and services.
• Qualify clients, build relationships, and identify customer needs to recommend tailored solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Continuously update knowledge about our products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup with reliable internet access.
