Insurance Sales Advisor

Location: Hybrid remote in Oak Creek, WI 53154
Job Type: Full-time | 40 hours per week
Compensation: $40,000 guaranteed base + unlimited commission (Average first-year salary: $60,000 - $75,000, with potential for increases based on 6-month and 12-month performance)

About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses find the right insurance coverage. You will prospect, market, and sell a range of insurance products while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

You'll also have the opportunity to build brand awareness by engaging with the local community and participating in networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure new business opportunities through leads, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
Conduct sales calls and presentations to educate potential clients on insurance options.
Prepare quotes, applications, and customized insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive customer outreach.
Cross-sell additional products to existing clients and collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
Represent the agency at events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
A valid driver's license is required.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Must obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within 1 month of hire and a Life insurance license within 3 months of hire (Training and reimbursement provided after 3 months of employment).

Base Salary: $40,000
