RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! Our client, a leading hospitality franchising company, is seeking a Interior Design Consultant to support hotel owners and franchisees through the renovation and design review process and join our team in Parsipanny, NJ with a $28.07/hr pay for a 3 months contract (temp only) . This role ensures brand standard compliance, provides design guidance, and helps maintain brand integrity across multiple hotel projects. APPLY NOW!

Location: New Jersey (Hybrid – In-office Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

Department: Architecture, Design & Construction (AD&C)

What You’ll Do:

• Review and evaluate interior design submittals for brand compliance and quality.
• Advise owners and designers on finishes, layouts, and FF&E selections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve design challenges efficiently.
• Maintain design documentation, project records, and resource libraries.
• Support process improvements that enhance design consistency and efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or commercial design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
