Job Description

The IOP Counselor position involves providing individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, and conducting assessments in an outpatient setting.

• Licensed as an LCSW or LPC in Missouri required, with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Requires a master’s degree in behavioral sciences, education, or social work, plus CPR/First Aid certification.
• Initial training at Boonville for 3 weeks, then onsite at Columbia facility for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $83,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, tuition assistance, student loan repayment, PTO, retirement plan, and more.
• Key responsibilities include counseling, treatment planning, documentation, participating in team meetings, and supporting patient recovery and coordination of care.
