Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom process solutions to meet customer needs
Code solutions within software products (e.g., scripted extensibility, standalone applications, web services)
Collaborate with customers and third-party contractors throughout project lifecycles
Create and execute test plans and scripts, manage development, and oversee deployments
Ensure system stability and timely issue resolution
Manage project lifecycle, including testing, bug fixes, user acceptance testing, and monitoring
Mentor customers on relevant technologies
Develop and maintain project documentation for administrators and end users
Provide administrator training and end-user support
What We're Looking For
1-5 years in .NET (C#), web services (REST, SOAP), process design, and SQL (Microsoft SQL Server)
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, third-party integrations, and troubleshooting
Preferred experience with OCR, RPA, ECM industry, ABBYY, Hyland, and/or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Strong skills in project discovery, business requirements gathering, and workflow configuration
Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage projects effectively
