Job Description

The Morgan Law Group, PA is seeking a self-motivated bilingual law clerk with experience with personal injury matters, and general civil litigation. The Law Clerk assists attorneys or judges by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and preparing case materials. This role involves reviewing case files, writing legal memoranda, and helping with trial preparations. Law Clerks support legal teams in a variety of tasks, ensuring cases move forward efficiently. Ideal for law students or recent graduates, this position provides hands-on legal experience and exposure to real-world legal proceedings. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support
• Legal Research
• Drafting Documents (Notices, Motions, Subpoenas, & responses to Discovery requests)

Qualifications:

• Computer literacy
• Working knowledge of case management software
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
• Bilingual
• Previous legal internship or clerkship experience preferred, but not required.
