We’re looking for a Legal Billing Coordinator to manage billing operations for credit card collections, legal paperwork, and external law firm partnerships. Responsibilities:
Billing & Case Management: Manage legal billing for credit card collections, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Payment Research: Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve issues through root cause analysis.
Collaboration: Work closely with external law firms to ensure smooth billing processes.
Document Management: Utilize Adobe PDF for legal document organization and ensure compliance with standards.
Litigation Support: Assist with billing related to civil procedure and legal cases.
Technology: Use Excel (advanced functions) and legal billing systems to track data and generate reports.

Top Skills & Experience:
Time Management & Case Management: Ability to handle large workloads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in billing and legal documentation.
Credit Card Collections & Litigation: Knowledge of credit card collections and civil procedure.
Tech Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and legal software.

Requirements:
2+ years of legal billing or credit card collections experience.
Proficiency in Adobe PDF, Excel, and legal billing software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
