The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 plus bonus potential. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with client agreements and billing guidelines.
• Manage invoice preparation and distribution process, including resolving any discrepancies or billing issues.
• Develop and maintain billing procedures and documentation for internal record-keeping and audits.
• Collaborate with legal teams to address client billing inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
• Monitor and track billing metrics to assess billing efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in legal billing within a law firm setting
• Proficiency in legal billing software and systems. Experience with Juris and Juris Suite is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Competencies: US Work Authorization
