IP Billing Specialist (Remote)

A well-established boutique law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized IP Billing Specialist to join our team. This is a fully remote position, offering competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a supportive work environment.

About the Role:
In this role, you will play a key part in the firm's billing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices. While prior experience in Intellectual Property (IP) billing is not required, Aderant Expert Sierra experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Process a high volume of daily invoice requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Manage on-demand billing and ensure compliance with client guidelines.
Utilize Aderant Expert Sierra to generate and review invoices.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve billing inquiries.
Assist with other accounting-related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of law firm billing experience.
Strong proficiency in Aderant Expert Sierra billing software.
Familiarity with on-demand billing processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
