The program is for current law students with an interest in sports, entertainment, and/or gaming law. **Job Description** **Core Responsibilities** + Preparing initial drafts of letters, notices, and other short-form legal documents. + Analyzing commercial agreements and creating summaries of key terms. + Conducting research projects on various legal issues and preparing memos. + Attending meetings between the Legal department and internal clients. + Attending calls with outside counsel on legal issues. + Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance.
