About the Role:

As a Life Insurance Performance Coach, you'll embark on an exciting journey to build your own successful life insurance agency within our supportive network. You'll mentor and guide a team of agents, drive team success, and contribute to our positive company culture. You'll also play a key role in client engagement, providing guidance and support while ensuring client satisfaction. We'll provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to succeed as an entrepreneur and a successful leader. This role is ideal for recent graduates, aspiring entrepreneurs, and individuals who do not have prior sales experience but have strong leadership qualities and a desire to learn and grow within the sales and insurance industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Mentor: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of life insurance agents.
  • Drive Growth: Set and achieve ambitious sales goals for your team.
  • Develop Talent: Foster a positive and supportive team culture that empowers agents to succeed.
  • Uphold Ethical Standards: Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Educate: Clients on life insurance options and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Efficiently: manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Uphold Ethical Standards: Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and execute business plans to grow your agency and achieve your financial goals.
