Job Description

This is a flexible, remote position ideal for a licensed agent who enjoys transaction coordination, negotiation, and organization more than chasing new leads. You’ll be the point person responsible for getting our listings live, managing showings, and helping negotiate offers to closing. You’ll work closely with our acquisitions and operations team to list 5–15 residential properties per month nationwide. Compensation This role is 100% commission-based. You’ll earn 1% of the list price per deal listed and closed. There are no set hours — just consistent, professional execution and communication. Why Join Us • Work remotely with a fast-moving national investment team • No prospecting or cold calling — we supply all listings • Flexible schedule • Clear systems and support for smooth transactions Responsibilities: • Coordinate property photos, signage, and any required access or lockboxes • Manage document signing and notarization (e.g., powers of attorney, disclosures) • Input listings into flat-fee MLS broker portals and ensure accuracy • Handle communication with buyers, buyer agents, and title companies • Schedule and track showings; provide updates to our internal team • Review and negotiate offers in collaboration with our acquisitions manager • Keep track of deal progress and ensure smooth communication through closing Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Active real estate license (any U.S. state) • Minimum 3 years of residential real estate experience • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Comfortable working evenings/weekends when most activity occurs • Responsive and dependable — must reply promptly to internal team and buyer inquiries • Experience with flat-fee MLS services or investor listings preferred About Company: About Fair and Simple Home Offer We’re a national real estate investment company that buys, improves, and sells residential properties across multiple states.
