As a Senior Claims Adjuster in the Major Case Unit, you will be responsible for conducting thorough, cost-effective, and prompt investigations of the company's most complex claims. Experience with Florida construction defect claims is essential. This role requires proficiency in coverage analysis, handling jurisdictional diversity issues, managing litigation, and addressing significant and unique issues that involve evaluating intangible factors. You will develop strategies for litigation and file disposition, and participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and trials. This position is hybrid, based out of the Sarasota, FL office or one of our regional/field locations (Lawrenceville, GA; Lake Mary, FL; Carmel, IN; Richmond, VA; and Richardson, TX), or can be remote within territory.
