Meat Cutter 

Position Overview:

A Meat Cutter is responsible for butchering, trimming, and preparing various types of meat. The role requires an understanding of different cuts of meat, proper handling and storage practices, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

What You'll Do:

• Learn the Craft: Work alongside our experienced butchers, learning the skills needed to become a master in meat preparation.
• Customer Engagement: Make customers smile as you assist them with meat selection and offer friendly, helpful recommendations.
• Quality Control: Ensure our products meet the highest standards of freshness, quality, and presentation.
• Team Support: Help maintain inventory, stock shelves, and keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Safety Focus: Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
