Leads Provided Must be licensed and reside in either California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Idaho, Texas, Florida, or Michigan We are seeking an experienced, service-oriented, and detail-oriented mortgage loan officer to join our team. Responsibilities: • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines Qualifications: • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry • Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional, fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Office Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferred • Must be licensed and reside in either California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Idaho, Texas, Florida, or Michigan About Company: Our business model that puts the customers first, Oceans Mortgage & Realty has seen significant expansion in the last few years.
