Warm, professional PA family seeking a reliable, nurturing nanny for their infant son. They value clear communication, professionalism, and a proactive, safety-first mindset.
30 hours/week guaranteed , 4 days/week (family is flexible on which four days)
Typical hours: 6:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (some flexibility as needed)
Occasional additional hours with advance notice
Full-charge infant care: feeding, diapering, naps, and maintaining consistent routines
Developmental engagement: tummy time, reading, age-appropriate sensory play, and daily walks (weather permitting)
Light household support related to the child , including:
Meal prep (simple, healthy meals/snacks; family meal prep when time allows)
Laundry (primarily infant; fold/put away; keep nursery/gear organized)
Bottle/pump-part cleaning and tidying the kitchen after use
Maintain a daily log of feedings, naps, milestones, and supplies
Travel support planned in advance (domestic)
2–3+ years of recent, verifiable professional infant experience
Strong knowledge of infant milestones, safety, and routines
Infant/Child CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain promptly)
Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality for early start times
Background check and reference checks required
Discretion, professionalism, and strong communication skills
No DUI/DWI
Experienced with infants and comfortable managing busy schedules
Provides 2–3 childcare-related references
Dependable, proactive, organized, and flexible
Warm, engaging, and able to collaborate with parents (often working from home)
$23–$26/hour DOE (W-2)
