Live-out preferred, with an option for live-in. An au pair suite is available.

Location: Edgemont, NY.

Days: Mon - Fri.

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

Compensation: $35 to $40 per Hour.

Start Date: 11/3/2025.

An Edgemont, NY family is seeking an experienced nanny to provide loving, hands-on care. Duties include engaging the children, managing schedules, handling their laundry and meals, keeping play areas tidy, driving the toddler to and from school, and arranging playdates and park outings. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and nurturing.

Main Work Duties:

• Engage and interact with children in a fun, nurturing way.
• Manage and adjust daily schedules as needed.
• Handle children’s laundry and keep their clothing organized.
• Prepare and serve children’s meals.
• Maintain clean and tidy play and bedroom areas.
• Drive the toddler to and from school each morning.
• Keep children active by arranging playdates and visiting nearby parks.

Qualities:

• Experience caring for a toddler and infant at the same time.
• Safe, experienced driver with a clean record.
• Willing to obtain First Aid certification (not required).
• Up to date on flu vaccination.
• Calm, patient, and composed demeanor.
• Skilled at engaging and educating children throughout the day.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years of nanny experience for a private home.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Valid US Passport.
