A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO FILL THIS POSITION  

Navy Manning Support Specialist, Norfolk, VA

Skills & Abilities:

• Must be able to provide general program support for all facilities to which U.S. Fleet Forces Command support and cooperate with military and civilian members of the staff.
• Familiar with Navy manning priorities and policies
• Experience with analysis tools and web based applications that track manning such as Tableau, COGNOS, or MyNavyAssignment (MNA)
• Ability to communicating in various formats to include the use of software programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Publisher. 
• A high school degree or equivalent is required if contractor has at least 4 years’ experience with Navy manning priorities and policies.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required if contractor has at least 2 years’ experience with Navy Manning priorities and policies.

Experience

• Must have a minimum of two years direct experience with Navy Manning

Education:

• High School Diploma (minimum)
• Associates degree (preferred)
