Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Addiction Medicine / Psychiatry (Hybrid: On-Site & Virtual)
Pay Range: $75–$78 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Monday–Friday)
Location: Ephrata, PA — Approximately 50% Onsite / 50% Virtual (depending on state licensure)

Headlands Addiction Treatment Services (ATS) is seeking a skilled NP or PA with experience or interest in Addiction Medicine or Psychiatry . This hybrid role supports substance use treatment programs through a combination of onsite care in Ephrata, PA, and virtual care across multiple states (based on licensure).

Role Overview

  • Setting: ~50% onsite at our Ephrata, PA facility; ~50% virtual (based on licensure)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday; flexible hours available for part-time
  • Practice includes managing psychiatric and low-complexity primary care conditions in recovery-focused settings
  • Ideal for clinicians who demonstrate strong judgment, autonomy, and compassionate care

Required Qualifications

  • Active NP or PA license in Pennsylvania (PA) (required)
  • Multi-state licensure preferred: AZ, CA, CO, FL, IN, MT, NV, TX, WA, WI
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in EMR documentation and electronic communication
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and efficient with workflow
  • Minimum 1 year post-graduate clinical experience (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in addiction medicine, including:
  • Withdrawal management
  • MAT protocols (buprenorphine, naltrexone)
  • Experience in psychiatry or dual-diagnosis programs
