Operations Coordinator
We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. We are seeking a highly organized and personable Operations Coordinator with hiring support and light bookkeeping responsibilities to join our team.
Position Summary: The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting HR functions, and managing basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and a high level of confidence working with Excel or Google Sheets and QuickBooks Online.
This position is an in-office position by the nature of the responsibilities.
