As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Key Responsibilities: + Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners or pick lists + Prepare and pack items for shipping + Perform quality checks to ensure correct items are picked + Maintain clean and organized work areas + Follow all safety guidelines and procedures + Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed Requirements: + Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus (but not required)+ Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25-50 lbs] and stand for long periods + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Basic math and reading skills + Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
