Staff Management Group is seeking an Order Picker for our client in Burlington, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8AM - 5PM
• Plus overtime

Pay Rate:

• $20 / hour 

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Order Picker to support our warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet daily productivity targets, and follow all safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick items from inventory shelves based on printed order slips or digital pick lists
• Inspect products for accuracy, quality, and any visible defects before packing
• Pack orders neatly and securely according to established company packaging guidelines
• Label boxes and shipments accurately to ensure correct delivery
• Prepare packed orders for shipping and stage them in designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking and packing workstations
• Operate within safety standards and follow all company policies and procedures
• Track order completion and report discrepancies or inventory issues to supervisors
• Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining product organization as needed
• Consistently meet daily order accuracy and productivity targets

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• At least 3 years of prior warehouse, retail, or distribution experience required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
