Job Description
• We are seeking salespeople driven to make a six-figure income in your first, full year as a licensed agent! No industry experience in real estate is preferred. • We guarantee you will EARN AT LEAST $100,000 OR WE WILL PAY YOU THE DIFFERENCE!• The average income of our agents across North America is $250,000+. If you are better than average, what income are you capable of earning?• Part of the reason our agents sell 4X our closest competitor is that we provide qualified appointments, NOT leads, so you leverage what you do best - selling vs spinning your wheels with frustrating prospecting.
Responsibilities:
• Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism.
• Uncover the priorities of the buyers and then locate homes that match their needs and wants and show them the homes.
