Job Description

Join the team at the Oregon Garden Resort! We're looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations and provide exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audit of hotel’s financial transactions and records.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure the security and safety of the hotel and its guests during overnight hours.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
• Assist with other front desk and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

We are looking for someone who is available 3 or 4 days a week. The hours for the Night Audit shift are 10pm to 7am.
