To learn more about our team and the work that we perform, visit our website at Generally, the Ohio Performance Team independently reviews state agencies, school districts, and local governments to identify solutions that improve government services for Ohioans. As a performance analyst you would review a variety of government agencies, programs, and policies and make recommendations to improve government operations, programs, and public policy. Our analysts gain broad exposure to policymakers and executives throughout state and local government in our work to evaluate if policies, processes, and functions are effective, efficient, or economical. As a performance analyst, you will learn performance auditing techniques, fundamental management principles for public entities, and gain insight into government operations. Our team fosters a collaborative culture encouraging professional development, continuing education, and career growth. We offer a hybrid work environment with in-office and at-home schedules. Our audits may include site visits and on-site work with clients. Candidates should be self-motivated and have a desire to play a leading role in the transformation of government.
