**About the role**
HealthFitness is looking for a **Personal Trainer/Assisted Stretch Coach** to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in **Torrance, California** (CA). In this role, you will guide clients through customized 30 and 60-minute one-on-one stretch sessions and educate clients on the benefits of improved mobility, flexibility, and recovery.
_This is an on-call/substitute position working on an as needed basis._
Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Personal Training certification from a HealthFitness approved provider, NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach Certification, Completion of Flexologist Training Program, Movement Stretch Therapy Training Program or equivalent accredited certification.
+ Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
+ Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
+ Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
This is a commissioned position.
