OPEN POSITION: 
Physician - Internal Medicine

SCHEDULE: 
- Part-Time or Full-Time
- No On-Call
- No Weekends
- No Evenings

OFFICE HOURS:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 4:30pm

FULL-TIME COMPENSATION: 
- $230,000 to $260,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience

LOCATION: 
Greenbelt, Maryland

COMPANY PROFILE: 
This private practice has been providing primary care services to adult patients in the Greenbelt area since 2008.  In addition to standard internal medicine services, the office offers on-site nuclear stress testing, echocardiograms, blood pressure monitoring, stress testing, peripheral studies, vascular studies, and more.  They currently employ 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers, along with a robust support staff of clinical and administrative team members.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
This is a standard outpatient primary care role, in which the new physician will be responsible for overall provision of healthcare to adult patients.  

Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

- adult primary care
- geriatric primary care
- physical assessments
- patient education
- chronic disease management
- preventative medicine
- medication management
- specialist referrals

Providers see 16 to 20 patients per day, with the support of dedicated clinical assistants.

The practice uses GlaceEMR.

There are no on-call, weekend, or evening responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Maryland medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Internal Medicine
- no experience required
