We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Picker / Packers to join our growing warehouse team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, fast-paced, and thrives in a team environment.
Pick items from warehouse shelves using order sheets or scanners
Verify product codes, quantities, and packaging requirements
Pack and label items securely for shipment
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Operate pallet jacks or carts safely
Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
