· Pay: $28–$35/hr (DOE)

· Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

· Weld Test: Open Root 3G MIG/Flux Core Fill & Cap and 6G TIG Root/Flux Fill & Cap on 2-inch Schedule 160

Job Overview

We are seeking an  experienced Pipe Welder to join our team. This role involves  setting up and operating advanced welding equipment, performing high-quality welds, and ensuring compliance with specification standards . The ideal candidate is  self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering top-quality work in a fast-paced environment .

Key Responsibilities

· Set up and operate  advanced welding equipment for various welding tasks.

· Perform weld tests, including  Open Root 3G MIG/Flux Core and 6G TIG Root/Flux Fill on 2-inch Schedule 160 pipe .

· Identify and repair defective products while ensuring an acceptable repair appearance.

· Troubleshoot welding issues to minimize scrap, rework, and equipment downtime.

· Ensure all welding work  meets required specifications and high-quality standards .

· Follow  safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

· Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in  pipe welding .

· Proficiency in  MIG, Flux Core, and TIG welding techniques .

· Ability to  read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications .

· Strong troubleshooting skills to  identify and resolve welding defects .

· Ability to successfully complete 3G and 6G weld tests to industry standards.

· Strong  attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship .

· Effective  communication and teamwork skills .

· Self-motivated , with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
