We are seeking a tenured Principal Product Manager - Technical with a successful history of delivering high-impact, multi-organizational, and multi-year initiatives. This role is critical for driving the Luxury Stores Shopping Experience for Amazon. Our ideal candidate has 1) a track-record of delivering product visions and strategies from the ground up in ambiguous and fast-moving environments; 2) a proven history of technical leadership; 3) a portfolio of transformative products at worldwide scale. Great communication, and ability to clearly articulate and present your vision to senior leadership are key to his role.

Key job responsibilities
Luxury Stores are one of Amazon's strategic initiatives spanning multiple organizations. In this role, you will need to:

• Define and execute the product vision for next-generation visual experiences for the Luxury Stores, balancing innovation with brand requirements

• Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging visual technologies (AR, VR, AI) that enhance the Luxury Stores shopping experience

• Partner with engineering and design teams to develop and ship high-performance visual solutions

• Partner with business development teams to drive adoption of new products and source new ideas

• Drive data-informed decisions through customer research, behavior analysis, and performance metrics

• Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and technical feasibility

• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, merchandising, content) in delivering cohesive experiences

• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain market leadership in Luxury commerce

• Mentor product team members and foster a culture of innovation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
