We welcome interns to join our team to learn about the Private Wealth Management industry and our firm. Our financial advisors and their teams deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. This is an opportunity to gain valuable insight, develop new skills, and establish a network of mentors and business contacts.
We're looking for an intern to:
- work on projects that have a real impact on clients and gain product knowledge
- support our team of Private Wealth Management advisors and wealth strategy associates
- compile market and investment research
- leverage Microsoft Excel skills to assist with portfolio analysis
- prepare client meeting materials and generate performance reports
- assist with the responsibilities of running an entrepreneurial business model
- attend presentations by WMA leaders to help you understand our industry, culture and strategy
Your team
You will be working in the Philadelphia branch office in a part-time role with a team of two Wealth Advisors and a Wealth Strategy Associate.
Your expertise - ideally you are enrolled in a two- or four-year college or university
In particular, you have:
- a balanced resume which includes solid academic performance and campus involvement
- a genuine interest in exploring the field of Wealth Management
We’d like to see evidence that you can:
- analyze a problem, produce ideas, and come to a decision
- take ownership, be organized, and can execute
- be detail-oriented and can stick with a task and follow instructions
- communicate well and work within a team
- show good judgement
