About the Role:

The AG (performance Analyzer) will provide the UGP (Business Unit) Manager with all the data and information needed to correctly manage the product business unit, through performance monitoring and analysis (i.e. lines, materials, efficiencies, quality, labour, etc.) and directional reporting preparation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Check consumption and inventory of raw materials, packaging, semi-finished and finished product. 
• Report results with controlling, weekly review for manufacturing, monthly review for everything
• Adjust: Balance SAP stock versus counts through Extracon and ZDUV adjustments
• Investigate discrepancies using MB51 movements, picklists, warehouse movements
• Monitor efficiency costs related to labor, scrap, rework, adjustments
• Monitor non efficiency costs we describe as other costs and other labor (training, annual cleaning, FOX activities, etc..)
• Prepare report and meet with UGP to review and highlight trends/improvement opportunities.
• Work with UGP and controlling to review previous year budget and prepare proposal for next year fiscal budget
• Purchasing: create order requisitions for services and materials. Monitor bin-stock, vending machines and forklift service and receive invoices for each and work with their suppliers
• Requests: fill out and send commercial requests from business unit, sample requests, scrap orders for any scrap that does not get declared. Traceability checks and exercises to support quality department
• Requests: costing for material or services to propose improvement activities or investment projects at UGP level. Data requests for amount of scrap produced on line, product declared over various time periods etc..
• Improvement activities: I personally like continuous improvement and have developed many new methods on how the AG role functions, for example I modified many of the counting, monitoring and reporting methods for inventory preparation and efficiency reporting. Most of the points under ‘budget’ were also not in place and were developed during my time as AG.

Who we are looking for:

• SAP prior experience preferred
• Finance background preferred
• Problem Solving Skills
• Prior Excel Experience preferred
