Project Coordinator – Real Estate Development

Bellevue, WA

A well-established real estate investment company with over 1.2M SF of existing commercial properties and 4M SF under development is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team. Their portfolio is a mix of hospitality and retail centers.

This role requires strong communication skills, financial expertise, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about commercial real estate and thrives in a collaborative, small-team setting.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tenant improvements, secure contractor bids, and track project expenses.
  • Oversee tenant move-ins, move-outs, lease compliance, and property records.
  • Manage financial records, process invoices, balance accounts, and handle tax payments.
  • Assist with CAM reconciliations and provide tenant support.
  • Work with CPA and management to ensure accurate year-end reporting.
  • Maintain a database of subcontractors and ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Prepare contracts and collect required documentation from contractors.
  • Conduct credit checks, maintain tenant records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding lease terms, property updates, and operations.
  • Handle office administration, update the company website, and assist with regulatory filings.

Project Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in real estate or a related field
  • Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong Excel experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a small team environment
