Your Role -

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects both re-roof & new construction
• Lead a team of Superintendents, Foreman, and Project Coordinators
• Work closely with the other Project Manager and Estimating team
• Deliver projects on time and under budget

Key Requirements –

• Someone who has progressed through the ranks in commercial roofing
• Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roof systems
• 5 years in construction management leading a team
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
